Job summary

Capgemini in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Management / Business Analysis professional to lead cross-functional data and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery, UAT, and production deployment.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable data, reporting, and engineering solutions, and you will coordinate across analytics, engineering, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong program and stakeholder management experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Strong data analysis, validation, and governance skills.
• Experience managing enterprise data analytics projects in Azure and Databricks.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery, UAT, and production deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements, and translate needs into data, reporting, and engineering solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, analytics, engineering, and external vendor teams to ensure project execution.
• Manage project roadmaps, priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, solution discussions, UAT, and deployment planning.
• Analyze and enhance large datasets in SQL to identify trends and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Azure, Databricks, and Analytics teams to design scalable data solutions.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and governance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Investigate data quality and pipeline issues with root-cause analysis and remediation coordination.
• Communicate project status and findings to leadership with clear documentation.
