Capgemini in New York is seeking an experienced Proactive Program Manager to lead large-scale Data, Analytics, Cloud, and GenAI transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will manage multi-million dollar engagements from inception through delivery, partnering with client executives and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while driving business value and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Data, Analytics, Cloud, Digital, and GenAI transformation programs.
Manage engagements from $1M-$5M+ in annual revenue.
Drive end-to-end program delivery: planning, estimation, execution, governance, closure.
Establish and track KPIs, risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Serve as trusted advisor to client executives and stakeholders.
Own proposals, solution estimation, and business case creation.
Oversee program financials: forecasting, budgeting, revenue tracking, margin.
Lead scope/change governance, SOWs, and change orders.
Lead global delivery teams and resource planning across locations.
Champion Agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
