Job summary

Abbott in Columbus, OH is seeking a PMO Continuous Improvement Lead to provide strategic leadership for PMO governance, portfolio analytics, executive reporting and performance management across the Division Engineering capital portfolio.

You will develop and evolve portfolio reporting frameworks, KPI governance, BI solutions, and continuous improvement strategies to enable informed decision making and enhanced organizational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
8+ years in project management, PMO leadership, analytics, portfolio management, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead development and continuous improvement of PMO standards, governance, and performance management frameworks.
Establish best practices in portfolio analytics, data management, visualization, and executive reporting.
Partner with Directors, site leadership, and project teams to support portfolio decisions and prioritization.
Drive modernization and automation of PMO reporting capabilities, dashboards, and tools.
Own PMO KPIs, portfolio metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve project execution and reporting efficiency.
Develop training materials and documentation supporting PMO standards.
Exercise independent judgment to solve complex business challenges and drive improvements.
