Job summary

Abbott’s Columbus, OH location seeks a PMO Continuous Improvement Lead to steer governance, portfolio analytics, and executive reporting. You will drive KPI governance, BI solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Division Engineering capital portfolio, enabling informed decision making.

You’ll collaborate with Directors, site leaders, and project teams to advance portfolio prioritization, data integrity, and automated reporting while mentoring others in PMO practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, analytics, or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives with significant impact.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
• Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, BI solutions, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO standards and governance processes.
• Establish best practices in portfolio analytics, data management, visualization, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Directors, VPs, site leadership, and project teams to support portfolio decisions.
• Drive modernization and automation of PMO reporting capabilities and tools.
• Own strategic direction of PMO metrics, KPI governance, and executive decision support.
• Lead cross functional initiatives to improve project execution and reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentoring on PMO standards, processes, and tools.
• Lead MOS governance and standardized ways of working at the region.
• Oversee development and governance of PMO KPIs and portfolio metrics.
