Job summary

Orano USA is seeking a Project Management Office Intern to support PMO leadership with strategic analysis, governance, and stakeholder communications within Project IKE in Oak Ridge, TN. The role offers hands-on exposure to capital project governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with PMO staff to develop schedules, track milestones, and assist in risk and commercial analytics while gaining insight into nuclear energy programs and policy implications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed BA/BS in business, strategy, PM, or related field.
• Experience or coursework in at least two of: strategy, marketing, or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional maturity for fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic analysis and reporting for PMO leadership.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and project status reports.
• Research industry trends and regulatory developments for Project IKE.
• Assist governance materials and milestone reporting.
• Support PMO action tracking and document control.
• Contribute to stakeholder communications and outreach.
• Help develop project schedules with PMO team.
• Assist cost control and risk management with data.
