Job summary

Orano USA seeks a Project Administrator to support Project IKE in Oak Ridge, TN. You will assist in document control, planning, tracking, and reporting, while coordinating among management, project teams and contractors.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering groups in a regulated environment and a PMO framework. Onsite full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA in a business-related discipline or equivalent degree program.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating complex, schedule-driven, regulated projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of project policies and procedures; manage official document releases.
• Facilitate clear communication between management, project teams, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage electronic project files and records; support reports and metrics to leadership.
• Support onboarding of new project team members and maintain organizational charts and contact information.
• Coordinate training for project employees and assist project managers with information tracking.
