Qualifications

• Paid internship embedded within the PMO team.
• Support PMO Manager across strategic analysis, stakeholder communications, and project coordination.
• Assist in governance reviews, milestone reporting, and leadership presentations.
• Coordinate PMO action items, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop schedules and work plans with Project Administrator and PMO PM.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis and reporting for PMO leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Research industry trends, regulatory developments, and stakeholder considerations.
• Prepare materials for governance reviews and milestone reporting.
• Support tracking PMO action items, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in developing project schedules and work plans.
• Support document control and filing processes with the Document Management Specialist.
• Contribute to internal and external communications, updates, and outreach content.
• Assist risk management with risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Provide research and analytical support for commercial and strategic initiatives.
