Job summary

Orano USA is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern in Oak Ridge, TN. You will be embedded with the Project IKE Construction Project Manager and support strategic analysis, stakeholder communications, project coordination, and business support functions.

The internship provides early exposure to the full scope of how a major capital project is managed and communicated. The role is paid, in-office, and targets candidates pursuing or recently completing degrees in related fields.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, strategy, marketing, project management, public policy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Develop and support executive-level briefings, project status reports, and decisions-support materials for project leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Project Coordination & Administrative Support: Track construction action items, milestones, and deliverables; organize coordination tools and meeting agendas.
• Stakeholder Communications & Outreach: Contribute to internal/external communications, align messaging across workstreams, support marketing or positioning materials as needed.
• Commercial & Business Support: Assist with data organization, analysis, and reporting; support risk registers and mitigation plans.
