Job summary

Orano USA is seeking a Project Management Office - Manager to lead the delivery of Project IKE in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. You will ensure schedule integrity, cost visibility, and risk tracking across engineering, construction, procurement, and operations readiness.

The role requires strong technical judgment, 5+ years in project controls, and experience in highly regulated environments. Onsite work Monday through Friday with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project controls, coordination, or management on large industrial projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and cost-control systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate schedule and cost data clearly.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the integrated project schedule with discipline leads and the Project Controls team.
• Support cost control activities, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly status reviews, risk reviews, and governance meetings.
• Develop dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control processes per project governance.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear quality, safety, and security requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces among engineering, construction, procurement, and operations readiness.
• Contribute to lessons-learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
