AeroVironment, Inc. offers a paid 12-week Summer Internship Program designed to provide students with a hands-on experience in the aerospace and defense industry.

Interns work with AV team members on meaningful projects and develop problem-solving skills in a full-time environment. The program welcomes students enrolled in college or recent graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA and may provide relocation and housing reimbursement depending on team and location.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• 0–1 year of working experience preferred.
• Strong interest in program management, process improvement, and operations.

Responsabilités

• Support continuous improvement to identify and eliminate waste in PMO processes using lean/six sigma principles.
• Document and implement standardized PMO processes and best practices.
• Create and maintain process documentation, templates, work instructions and training docs to support consistent program execution.
• Maintain a standard data management structure in SharePoint for non-technical program documents.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track program performance metrics.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across program management tools.
• Document program actions during PMR and ensure item closure accountability.
• Coordinate training events and onboarding activities for new PMO staff.
