Job summary

AV offers a paid Summer Internship Program designed to provide students with an immersive, hands-on experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Interns work alongside AV team members on meaningful projects, developing professional relationships and practical experience in a full-time work environment.

This 12‑week, onsite program targets highly motivated students currently in college or recent graduates, with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a preference for juniors or above.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college or university pursuing a technical or engineering major.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Available to work part-time (40 hours/week) for 8–12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Engineers with investigations involving production and customer issues.
• Use calipers and micrometers for dimensional analysis.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and quality inspections.
