Job summary

AeroVironment is offering a Summer Internship Program in the United States. The 12-week onsite role focuses on supporting the PMO with process improvement, data management, and program controls to improve profitability and accountability.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s program with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Some relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (business, operations, supply chain, economics, marketing or similar).
• 0-1 year of working experience preferred.
• Strong interest in program management, process improvement, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean/six sigma principles.
• Document and implement standardized PMO processes and best practices.
• Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and training materials.
• Maintain a standard data management structure in SharePoint for non-technical documents.
• Support dashboards and reporting to track program performance.
