• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in relevant fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex info.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document PMO and operational processes.
• Coordinate with SMEs for walkthroughs and knowledge capture.
• Transform transcripts into structured work instructions using AI tools.
• Refine content for accuracy and clarity; standardize documents.
• Create training materials and concise presentations for onboarding.
• Assist PMs with updating project schedules, risk logs, and action items.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and work with SMEs to resolve discrepancies.
