Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Intern to bridge operational knowledge and actionable documentation. You will capture, standardize, and maintain critical PMO processes, leveraging AI tools to streamline knowledge management for scalable, transparent operations.

You will collaborate with SMEs to create training materials, support project tracking, and coordinate meetings, while identifying process gaps and improving workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (preferred fields: Business Administration, Communications, Technical Writing, or Operations Management).
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear instructions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage documentation tracking and version control.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Capture & Documentation: Schedule and conduct process walkthroughs with SMEs; document PMO and operational process demonstrations; transform transcripts into structured draft work instructions using AI tools; refine AI content for clarity; develop standardized work instructions; add visuals and templates.
• PMO Support & Project Coordination: Create training materials; support project tracking (schedules, risk logs, action trackers); coordinate meetings and distribute minutes; identify gaps and resolve discrepancies; manage review and approval workflow; assist in weekly/monthly status reporting.
