Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Commercial Sales Operations Project Management Intern to help develop and govern the Project Management Framework. You will support standards, templates, and governance across Commercial Sales Operations initiatives from a remote location in the United States.

The role offers hands-on experience with PMO practices, executive reporting, and AI-enabled productivity tools, while empowering you to contribute to process improvements and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in project management, governance, AI, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing development and enhancement of PM Framework standards, templates, and best practices.
• Maintain project management artifacts, including BRDs, project workbooks, and launch readiness documentation.
• Support framework adoption by helping project teams utilize approved processes, templates, and governance standards.
• Review project documentation for consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and key deliverables.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to measure framework adoption and project health.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to mature the framework.
• Support onboarding and guidance for project teams using framework tools and standards.
