Job summary

You will support PMO tasks, create training materials, coordinate meetings, and help improve processes across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. This paid internship emphasizes learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (preferred fields: Business Administration, Communications, Technical Writing, or Operations Management).
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to synthesize complex information into clear instructions.
• Detail-oriented with documentation tracking and version control.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Capture & Documentation: schedule SME walkthroughs and create structured draft work instructions using PMO templates.
• PMO Support & Project Coordination: assist in updating project schedules, risk logs, and action-item trackers.
• Training & Enablement: convert instructions into training materials for onboarding.
• Meeting Coordination: prepare agendas, facilitate status meetings, distribute minutes and action items.
• Process Improvement: identify gaps and resolve discrepancies with SMEs.
• Workflow Management: manage review/approval workflows for draft documentation.
• Reporting: assist in creating weekly/monthly project status reports.
