Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior with a 2026 or 2027 graduation date.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Able to pull and analyze data from dashboards and systems.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn Zenlytic.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination and tracking across cross-functional teams.
• Data analysis and reporting from dashboards, BOMs, and inventory data.
• Help create clear process flows, templates, and standardized tools.
• Assist meeting prep, notes, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Identify risks and track mitigation actions and dependencies.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations.
• Propose improvements to reporting and project processes.
