Job summary

The Tilted Circle is seeking a PMO Engineer to support project planning, coordination, reporting, and execution across engineering and non-IT projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

You will handle project plans, milestones, RAID logs, dashboards, and management presentations, and help govern PMO processes while driving continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO, project coordination, project engineering, or engineering operations experience.
• Experience with engineering/manufacturing/industrial projects.
• Strong project tracking, reporting, scheduling, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action items, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, procurement, and vendors.
• Track project scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Maintain RAID logs and track project risks/issues.
• Coordinate meetings, meeting minutes, decisions, and action items.
• Follow up with stakeholders on deliverables and deadlines.
• Support resource planning, budget tracking, and change management.
• Track engineering deliverables, testing, validation, and production milestones.
• Support PMO governance and process improvement.
