Job summary

DETROIT WAYNE Integrated HEALTH Network seeks a Director of Project Management to lead PMO efforts, standardize methodologies, and oversee the organization’s project portfolio. You will drive feasibility analyses, alignment with strategic priorities, and measurable outcomes across departments.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare operations and PMO leadership, with a focus on process improvement, governance, and sustainability. Travel may be required across Wayne County.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with healthcare or human services focus.
• Bachelor of Nursing with relevant administrative experience is acceptable.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization‑wide leadership for project management and PMO.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized PM methodologies and reporting.
• Oversee the full project portfolio for alignment with goals.
• Analyze proposed projects for feasibility, scope, risk, and resources.
• Review and approve project plans with clear goals and timelines.
• Lead data analysis and dashboard development for outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
