Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in Detroit is seeking a Senior Project Management Consultant to drive PMO implementations for clients across diverse industries. You will design frameworks, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 8–10 years of PMO experience, consulting background, and PMP or Change Management certification is preferred. You will travel up to 20% and work in a hybrid setup with 2 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years implementing PMOs and leading large programs.
• 3–5 years consulting experience preferred.
• PMP or Change Management certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement PM frameworks to fit client needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver PMO initiatives.
• Lead client engagements and support relationship management.
• Assist in proposals and expanding footprint with clients.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to project scheduling.
• Ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction; manage risks.
