Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for project management, customer engagements, and implementations across the contract.
• Provide governance for solution design and manage the RFS process.
• Lead service evolution design and execution.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple towers and stakeholders.
• Ensure formal project deliverables meet government contract requirements.
• Interface with DIR and customer agencies on project matters.
• Oversee onboarding projects and implementation planning throughout the contract lifecycle.
