Peraton is hiring a Program Financial Manager to support the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). The role provides contract-wide financial leadership across 70+ DIR agencies, overseeing invoicing, chargebacks, procurement financials, pricing, and reporting.

The position is on-site in the Austin, TX metropolitan area and requires relocation or residence nearby. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of government IT financial management, strong billing and cost accounting experience, and

Qualifications

10 years of experience, may include supervisory roles.
8+ years in financial management on large government IT contracts (>$50M/year).
Experience with consumption-based or chargeback billing in government environments.
Experience with government cost accounting, invoicing, and contract compliance.
Experience with IT financial platforms, including Digital Fuel or equivalent.
US Citizen.

Responsibilities

Oversee monthly invoicing and chargeback across 70+ DIR agencies.
Lead billing dispute resolution and reconciliation with DIR and agencies.
Manage contract pricing models and financial reporting to DIR.
Lead budget forecasting and financial planning.
Provide financial performance optimization reporting.
Coordinate financial reconciliation across DIR and customers.
Ensure compliance with state procurement requirements.
Support procurement financial management for software and hardware acquisitions at enterprise scale.
