Job summary

Rockit Motors is seeking a Program Manager, Power Gen in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maximizing stakeholder satisfaction.

You will identify risks, mitigate issues, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the NPI process. The role reports to the Program Management department and requires robust planning, communication, and financial oversight to drive successful product

Qualifications

• Leadership and influencing cross-functional teams to complete programs on time and within budget.
• Expertise in creating detailed project plans and executing with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Managing program budgets and resources to deliver value while respecting capacity limits.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels with clear progress updates.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the NPI process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful execution of complex programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain confidence with customers, and identify and mitigate risks accordingly.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and quality to achieve program milestones.
• Own program outcomes and drive accountability for delivering results within budget.
