Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group is seeking a PMO Project Coordinator to provide essential coordination and administrative support for the Enterprise PMO. You will partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to maintain plans, governance materials, and reporting, strengthening visibility and execution discipline across the portfolio.

The role requires 3+ years in project management coordination, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management support, coordination, or PMO-related work.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Maestro, Power BI, Smartsheet, and PMO tools.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, charters, roadmaps, and governance materials.
• Organize meetings, agendas, notes, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and action items with accountability owners.
• Prepare clear status updates for leaders and stakeholders.
• Maintain project records in PMO tools and templates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
