Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PMO Support Specialist to join the PMO team and drive project setup, contract management, budgeting, invoicing, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with project managers, finance, revenue teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure compliance and process consistency across lifecycle activities.

Ideal candidates will have experience reviewing contracts, working with CRM/ERP systems (Oracle preferred), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and understanding project budgeting principles.
• Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems, with Oracle experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to satisfy applicable citizenship requirements for U.S.-based positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup, maintenance, and administration in line with contracts and standards.
• Review customer contracts and maintain accurate documentation.
• Document customer requirements related to project management, budgeting, invoicing, revenue, and system access.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support changes, requirements, and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across the PMO.
