Job summary

Cognizant Corporate is seeking a PMO Support Specialist to join the PMO and drive project setup, contract management, budgeting, invoicing, and overall operational excellence. You will collaborate with project managers, finance, revenue, and customer stakeholders to ensure contract adherence and financial controls.

You will review contracts, document requirements, and support changes while identifying opportunities for process improvements across the PMO.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and understanding budgeting.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to satisfy applicable citizenship requirements for U.S.-based positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, maintenance, and administration activities in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational standards.
• Review customer contracts, complete contract classifications, and maintain accurate contract documentation.
• Document and maintain customer requirements related to project management, budgeting, invoicing, revenue, and system access.
• Partner with Project Managers to support project changes, contract updates, customer requirements, and operational efficiencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and process enhancement activities across the PMO function.
