Job summary

Unreal Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement to build a best-in-class PMO and drive continuous improvement across packaging, launches, supply chain, and cost-savings projects.

You will oversee a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, track milestones, and optimize workflows with Monday.com while partnering with Food Safety, Supply, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Sales. Candidates located on the East Coast preferred; this is remote-first with occasional

Qualifications

• PMO experience in a CPG environment.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar workflow tools.
• Ability to manage diverse cross-functional project portfolios.
• Strong timeline, scope, and budget management.
• Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMO initiatives across business projects.
• Run weekly cross-functional meetings to review status and risks.
• Define timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain Monday.com as the primary PM tool.
• Communicate updates across stakeholders and leadership.
