Unreal, a rapidly growing consumer brand, is seeking a Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement to shape a best-in-class PMO supporting Unreal’s expanding business. You’ll partner with Food Safety, Supply, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Brand Innovation to keep initiatives on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience in the CPG industry.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects with ability to ramp up quickly.
• Proven ability to establish and manage detailed project timelines and budgets.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating trade-offs and proposing alternatives when disruptions arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across a broad portfolio of business initiatives including packaging updates, product launches, and supply chain improvements.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to review status, risks, and priorities.
• Establish and manage project timelines with milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Maintain Monday.com as the primary project management tool to track progress.
• Maintain centralized project management and packaging databases with real-time data across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO systems and processes, identifying workflow efficiencies.
• Model Unreal's Core Values and share responsibility for continuous improvement across teams.
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and accountability.
