• Experience leading cross-functional innovation and commercialization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional innovation and commercialization initiatives from concept to market launch.
• Develop integrated project charters, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales.
• Manage stage-gate governance reviews, track progress, and document risks and tradeoffs.
• Maintain KPI dashboards monitoring project performance against company goals.
