Job summary

sourceM is seeking a Director of Operations to lead end-to-end execution in a fast-growing CPG and packaging environment. You will manage product development, global sourcing, and quality/compliance, reporting to the VP of Operations and guiding a team of product and project managers.

You will balance client perspectives with operational excellence, build systems, optimize logistics, and drive OTIF delivery while advancing sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, quality, or supply chain in CPG/packaging/manufacturing
• Proven track record in global sourcing and logistics
• Deep knowledge of product testing, regulatory compliance, and quality systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Champion of AI/technology integration and sustainability initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of product/project managers
• Oversee global sourcing strategies and supplier relationships
• Optimize logistics, inventory management, and cost efficiencies
• Ensure warehousing, fulfillment and import operations support OTIF delivery
• Lead quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and corrective action programs
• Develop and refine SOPs, KPIs, and reporting for continuous improvement
