Job summary

ENGICON CM is seeking a highly experienced Construction Scheduler to lead the program scheduling efforts in Los Angeles. The role involves developing and maintaining complex schedules, interpreting drawings, and coordinating with senior staff to meet project milestones.

You will supervise schedulers, perform QA/QC of contractor schedules, and conduct time impact analyses for change orders. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of full-time professional construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules with relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints.
• Supervise project schedulers and interface with OARs, Senior PMs, and site staff.
• Perform schedule Time Impact Analysis for change orders and negotiate delays.
• Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses to assess project performance.
• Prepare and present schedule updates and reports to upper management.
