Job summary

ENGICON CM in Los Angeles seeks a Project/Construction Manager to coordinate pre-construction, development, bid/award, and close-out activities across assigned projects. You will validate site conditions, draft concept drawings, and align scopes with the PDPM.

You will monitor budgets, review progress, and coordinate with federal/state agencies to meet requirements. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and BIM tools is preferred, along with CCM credentials or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of full-time professional experience in project/construction management, across all phases of construction.
• Experience with safety protocols, Cal OSHA requirements and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction, development, bid/award, and project close-out activities.
• Validate site conditions and assist in defining project scope with the PDPM.
• Draft concept drawings to visualize project scope.
• Review design team feedback and advise the PDPM on scopes of work.
• Prepare reports on project status and progress for PDPM and management.
• Coordinate with public agencies to meet federal/state requirements; liaise with utilities and agencies.
• Assist PDPM with monitoring budgets and progress alignment with status.
• Assist with contracts, bids, and planning; support policy guideline development.
• Recommend new developments and strategies affecting program objectives.
• Estimate building costs with technical personnel; maintain AutoCAD maps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
