Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Somerville, MA is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to lead the delivery of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. This role will partner with executive leadership to drive scalable analytics capabilities and data-driven decision making.

The position reports to the CIO, will be onsite for the first 90 days, then hybrid with HR approval, and requires strong leadership, governance, and mentoring of analysts to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or data visualization.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Power BI development in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, data modeling, and analytics solution design.
• Demonstrated leadership in analytics initiatives and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership, BPOs, and BPLs to align analytics with business objectives.
• Support enterprise KPI visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Promote reporting governance, data quality, and operational transparency.
• Collaborate with Business Applications, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
