Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will own PMO scorecards, develop Power BI dashboards, and work with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and decision-making.

The role is hybrid with on-site days in Cranston, RI, and relocation options are available. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience handling data from multiple systems to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, PMO Analytics, Financial Analysis, or a related role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Power Query, Complex formulas, Data modeling, Dashboard creation
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard and report development
• Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple business systems
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly PMO scorecard process with timely, accurate reporting
• Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and executive scorecards
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to support management decisions
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Finance and Operations to standardize reporting
