Job summary

Madisonblack is seeking an experienced PMO Lead / Project Manager to drive the delivery of a 3PL Performance Management Dashboard. You will coordinate business, technical, and external stakeholders to implement a reporting solution that provides visibility into logistics partner performance and key operational KPIs.

You will own project planning, governance, workshops, data-source mapping, KPI definition, and dashboard validation, while managing UAT, risks, and steering updates.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business, data teams and technical delivery teams.
• Define KPIs, map data sources and support dashboard validation.

• Ensure successful handover and operational readiness.

PMO Lead - 3PL Performance Management Dashboard

We're looking for an experienced PMO Lead / Project Manager to drive the delivery of a 3PL Performance Management Dashboard. The role will coordinate business, technical, and external stakeholders to implement a reporting solution that provides visibility into logistics partner performance and operational KPIs.

• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of project/program management experience
  • 8-10 years of total professional experience
  • Able to work independently and lead complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a 3PL Performance Management Dashboard.
• Own project planning, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination.
• Run discovery workshops and gather requirements from multiple logistics partners.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, data teams, and technical delivery teams.
• Define KPIs, map data sources, and support dashboard validation.
• Manage UAT, defect resolution, status reporting, risk management, and steering committee updates.
• Ensure successful project handover and operational readiness.

Required Background

• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations-focused project management.
• Experience with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) performance management and reporting.
• Proven track record managing large numbers of external stakeholders and partners.
• Experience delivering dashboard, reporting, analytics, or data-driven projects.
• Knowledge of logistics systems such as TMS and WMS.
• Strong governance, documentation, UAT, and project delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation capabilities.

Nice to Have

• FMCG/consumer goods industry experience.
• Exposure to Databricks or data pipeline projects.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics and reporting solutions.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on PMO Lead or Project Manager with logistics and data reporting experience who can coordinate multiple stakeholders and successfully deliver a 3PL Performance Management Dashboard in a complex, international environment.
