Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex cross‑functional programs (PMI/transformation).
• 5+ years PMI post‑close integrations or separation activities (Day‑1/Day‑100).
• Experience with Tech/SW businesses (SaaS, cloud, software products).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority.
• Strong financial acumen: integration costs, synergies, KPIs, variance management.
• Experience with operating model and process integration across functions.
• Change management across acquired and existing teams; communications and org design.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or PMP/Prosci/LSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end PMI for North America acquisitions/partnerships, owning outcomes, timeline, costs, and value realization.
• Own integration planning during diligence: define scope, Day‑1 requirements, and effort estimates.
• Stand up governance: steering committees, charters, decision rights, risk management.
• Drive Day‑1 readiness and Day‑100 execution to protect customers and minimize disruption.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams with clear deliverables and milestones; remove blockers.
• Coordinate Tech/SW integration considerations: platforms, tooling, security, compliance.
• Translate deal models into measurable initiatives with baselines/targets and track synergies.
• Develop integration communications and change plans to enable talent retention.
• Provide executive updates, dashboards, and risk/decision briefs to RNA leadership.
• Institutionalize PMI best practices; coach workstream leads and improve capabilities.
