Job summary

Ricoh North America seeks a PMI Lead to accelerate value realization from acquisitions and partnerships, overseeing end-to-end integration from diligence to Day-100 stabilization. You will partner with Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Operations to protect customers and ensure synergy targets are met.

The role requires leading senior stakeholders, managing cross-functional workstreams, and embedding controls across platform/architecture, data flows, and security. MBA or PMP/Prosci is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs (PMI/transformation) with measurable delivery.
• 5+ years PMI experience leading post-close integrations or separation activities.
• Experience supporting Tech/SW and SaaS, product/engineering, or cloud-enabled solutions.
• Ability to lead senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority.
• Strong financial acumen and KPI design for integration costs and synergies.
• Experience with operating model/process integration across commercial, service, and enabling functions.
• Change management across acquired and existing teams, including talent retention considerations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMI for acquisitions/partnerships in North America with accountability for outcomes, timeline, cost, and value.
• Plan integration during diligence: scope, Day-1 requirements, and synergy assumptions with Finance.
• Establish governance: cadence, charters, decision rights, RAID and change control.
• Drive Day-1 readiness and Day-100 execution to maintain continuity and protect customers.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate Tech/SW integration aspects: platform alignment, tooling, SDLC, data flows, controls.
• Translate deal models into measurable initiatives and track synergies and costs.
• Develop communications and change plans for leadership alignment and adoption.
• Provide executive-ready updates including dashboards and key risks.
