Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is looking for a Director, Post‑Merger Integration to drive value realization from mergers and acquisitions in the technology and software sector. The PMI Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end integration processes and ensuring business continuity through strategic governance and execution.

Ideal candidates will have extensive PMI experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of Tech/SW integration. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, reporting to the Corporate Development function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs.
• 5+ years of PMI experience with measurable delivery outcomes.
• Experience with Tech/SW businesses and product/engineering models.
• Strong business acumen with financial fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMI for assigned acquisitions/partnerships.
• Own integration planning during diligence and ensure business continuity.
• Drive Day-1 readiness and ensure synergy realization.
• Provide executive updates and decision briefs for leadership.
