OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking a full-time PMHNP to lead psychiatric care across NJ clinics, including Spravato and TMS programs. The role involves comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced care.

The ideal candidate has an MSN or DNP with Psychiatry specialization, NJ PMHNP‑BC license, REMS certification, and at least 3 years of experience in mood disorders. We offer competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with a specialization in Psychiatry.
Active and unrestricted PMHNP-BC license in NJ.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care.
REMS certification required or able to obtain to administer Spravato.
Experience with esketamine/ketamine is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and determine suitability of Spravato and/or TMS.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with the care team.
Oversee Spravato administrations in line with REMS guidelines.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide follow-up care.
Educate patients and families on risks, benefits, and options.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for coordinated care.
Provide crisis intervention when needed and advocate for patients.
