Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our expanding medication management service line. The clinician will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has a NJ PMHNP-BC certification, a valid DEA with prescriptive authority, and experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management. TMS/Spravato experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a PMHNP-BC.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority in NJ.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for medication management, TMS, and Spravato.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with patients and care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications per guidelines and state rules.
• Collaborate with TMS/Spravato providers for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in team meetings.
