Job summary

OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey seeks a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead Spravato and TMS programs across our NJ clinics, including Freehold and Tinton Falls. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced psychiatric care and medication management.

The ideal candidate has an NP-PMHN certification, 3+ years in psychiatry, REMS readiness, and a passion for improving patient outcomes with innovative therapies.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a psychiatry focus.
• Active and unrestricted NJ PMHNP license with PMHNP-BC certification.
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric care experience; esketamine/TMS preferred.
• REMS certification required or obtainable to administer Spravato.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine Spravato/TMS suitability.
• Develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, adjust treatments as needed.
• Oversee and administer Spravato treatments, following REMS guidelines.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on Spravato risks, benefits, and options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and advocate for patient needs.
