Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Freehold, NJ seeks a full-time PMHNP to join our team. You will deliver advanced psychiatric care, administer Spravato and oversee TMS treatments within our clinics across New Jersey.

The ideal candidate has a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Psychiatry, NJ PMHNP-BC, 3+ years of psychiatric experience, REMS certification, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with a specialization in Psychiatry.
• Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in NJ.
• Board Certification as PMHNP-BC.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care; esketamine/ketamine experience preferred.
• REMS Certification required to administer Spravato treatments.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine appropriateness of Spravato and/or TMS treatment.
• Develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Oversee and administer Spravato treatments following REMS guidelines.
• Monitor patients during sessions for adverse reactions and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on Spravato therapy and other options.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies or adverse reactions.
• Advocate for patient needs with respectful, confidential care.
