Job summary

OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead Spravato and TMS programs across our clinics. The role involves comprehensive psychiatric assessments, treatment planning, and overseeing esketamine therapies within REMS guidelines.

The ideal candidate has an MSN or DNP in Psychiatry, an active NJ PMHNP license, and 3+ years of psychiatric care experience; REMS certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Psychiatry specialization.
Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in NJ.
Board Certification as PMHNP-BC.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and determine eligibility for Spravato and/or TMS.
Develop and monitor treatment plans with the care team.
Oversee Spravato administration within REMS guidelines.
Monitor patients for adverse effects and provide follow-up care.
Educate patients and families on risks, benefits, and options.
Maintain compliant medical documentation and collaborate with clinicians.
Respond to psychiatric emergencies and coordinate care with providers.
