OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is looking for a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner across New Jersey. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide advanced psychiatric care, administering Spravato and TMS treatments for patients with treatment-resistant depression. Candidates should have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with psych specialization, active NJ license, and at least 3 years in psychiatric care. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in NJ.
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine treatment appropriateness.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee and administer Spravato treatments, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients on the risks and benefits of Spravato therapy.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with protocols.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and therapists for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide immediate interventions in psychiatric emergencies.
• Serve as an advocate for patient needs.
