Five Journeys in the Greater Boston area seeks a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an in-person role. You will evaluate patients for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, develop individualized plans, and manage medications in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

This position emphasizes a patient-centered approach, long appointments, and integration with functional medicine. Massachusetts license and DEA are required for an outpatient practice.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Massachusetts.
• Graduate degree from an accredited PMHNP program.
• Current prescriptive authority and registrations.
• Experience in psychiatry or mental health care.
• Interest in ketamine therapy as part of treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy candidates.
• Assess eligibility, medical risk factors, and psychiatric history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide consultations and medication management as appropriate.
• Prescribe and oversee ketamine treatment within protocols.
• Monitor safety, vital signs, and treatment responses.
