Journey Clinical, Inc. is hiring a PMHNP to conduct intake and ongoing telemedicine-based ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) assessments, prescribe when appropriate, and monitor patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with licensed psychotherapists and the care team while adapting treatment plans to response and safety considerations. The role requires CT licensure, DEA registration, and experience in psychiatry, with remote-friendly, flexible hours in a fast-paced startup focused on

Formación

• Licensed to practice in Connecticut.
• Preferred: 1 year psych experience as a PMHNP.
• Minimum 1 year psych related experience + post boards.
• DEA registration.
• Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate.
• Comfortable prescribing for anxiety and depression.
• Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information to form recommendations.
• Patient-first mindset and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate KAP eligibility, prescribe, and monitor outcomes via telemedicine.
• Suggest treatment plan changes based on patient response and outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative care with Journey Clinical psychotherapists.
• Work with care coordinator to streamline workflow.
• Provide feedback on the care management system to improve services.
• Report to the Lead Clinician and collaborate with leadership.
