Job summary

Stella Mental Health in Boston is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead psychopharmacology and interventional treatments. Qualifications

• Active MA Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical psychiatry experience.
• EMR experience and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states if needed.
• Experience with ketamine/Spravato or TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a patient panel for psychopharmacology and interventional treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations for ketamine, Spravato, TMS, and SGB candidacy.
• Assess, plan, and monitor treatment outcomes and plans.
• Administer and monitor intravenous ketamine and Spravato treatments and vital signs.
• Perform initial TMS mapping and subsequent TMS sessions.
• Collaborate with Stella clinicians to implement best practices and ensure protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation of consultations and treatments.
• Engage with the care team to design appropriate care plans and respond to escalations.
