Job summary

Rekindle Health is seeking a compassionate PMHNP to lead daily clinical care in a premier interventional psychiatry clinic in the Greater Boston area. You will work closely with the Medical Director to deliver hands-on treatments, monitor progress, manage medications, and support patients through their recovery journey.

The ideal candidate will have an MS/NP degree, Massachusetts licensure, and experience with mood disorders.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program is required.
• Massachusetts RN and advanced practice authorization with prescriptive authority.
• DEA registration and state licenses or eligibility prior to practice.
• Experience treating mood disorders and complex psychiatric conditions.
• Strong assessment, medication-management and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and patient care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical care for patients with Medical Director oversight.
• Deliver and monitor TMS sessions and other interventional treatments.
• Prescribe and adjust psychiatric medications within scope of practice.
• Develop longitudinal patient relationships and monitor progress.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and maintain documentation.
• Assess suicide risk and address safety concerns as needed.
• Support lifestyle and behavioral strategies to aid recovery.
