CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinician-led, APA-approved behavioral health team in California. The PMHNP will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage psychotropic medications within an integrated care setting.

We offer a flexible schedule Mon-Fri 7 AM-7 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Competenze

• MSN in Psychiatric/Mental Health with PMHNP certification is required.
• Active DEA license is required.
• Experience in psychotropic medication management is required.
• 2+ years of experience is required; 3–5 years for Family Nurse Practitioners with psych experience will be considered.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff).
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases.
