CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinician team in providing adult and geriatric mental health care. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage treatment plans, and prescribe psychotropic medications as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• MSN – Psychiatric/Mental Health required.
• ANCC PMHNP certification required.
• Active DEA license in state of practice required.
• 2+ years of experience in psychiatry required.
• FNP with 3–5 years of psych experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff).
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases.
